BAKER / PREZELIER
20 Hours/week (must be able to work weekends)
Thursday- Saturday 8 am -1 pm / Sunday 6:30am-11:30 am
Starting Wage $20/hr + tips
Start Date: Immediately
You will be part of the morning baking team which includes dipping, prepping and run the morning bake. You will make dough, assist with making pretzels and various shapes. Also help with making pretzel sandwiches and prepping and restocking of ingredients. No prior pretzel experience neccessary.
Requirements:
Enjoys working in a team and has a positive work attitude
Prior experience working in food industry
Experience working with dough and baking
Cares about and takes pride in outcome and quality of their work
Must be organized, responsible, mature and reliable and punctual
Can follow existing work protocols, and able to problem solve
Maintain clean work station
Must be able to stand for longer periods of time
Must be able to lift 50lb bag of flour
BARISTA / FRONT OF HOUSE
approx 10-15 Hours/Week (must be able to work on weekends)
Wednesday-Sunday 8 am - 1 pm / (hours and weekly schedule varies)
Starting Wage $19/hr + tips
Start Date: Mid September
We are looking for someone who has experience working as a Barista to serve our customers. The Front of House employee will keep our shop looking great throughout the day. During down-times the front of house person will also help out the production team with shaping pretzels and preparing pretzel sandwiches.

Enjoys working with public, friendly demeanor
Prior experience as a barista
Cashier experience if possible
Keeps a clean and organized workspace
Can follow existing work protocols, able to problem solve
Must be able to stand for longer periods of time
Help with shaping pretzels
Enjoy working with food, experience with food prep a huge plus
FARMERS MARKET & EVENTS STAFF
approx 6-7 hrs per Event (must be able to work on weekends))
Starting Wage $19/hr + tips
Start Date: Mid September
We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to represent us at Famers Markets and Events. We are in the process of adding more markets and events to our roster this Fall. The market coordinator is responsible for helping with packing, loading, setting up booth, serving customers, taking down and returning inventory and equipment to the Bakery.
Enjoys working with the public, friendly demeanor
Has to have a drivers license and must be 21+ years of age
Has to be able to carry and set up equipment
Prior experience working events or markets would be great
Must be able to stand for longer periods of time
Good organizational skills
