Schwäbisches Gulasch (in home-brew) with Spaetzle and salad

The Gulasch is pork & beef cooked in a batch of my home-brewed porter beer with red bell peppers, paprika, tomato paste, vinegar, caraway seeds, onion, and a few other spices. (its not spicy) (And don't worry kids - no alcohol as it has dissipated.)

The Spaetzle is made from scratch and consists of eggs, flour, salt & water. 

The salad is whatever looks good at Monterey Market that day; the dressing is homemade apricot kombucha dijon dressing.
