Rindsrouladen are beef rolls (2 per serving) rolled up with bacon, roasted red peppers, dijon mustard, and cornichons. My cabbage (not pictured) is stewed with cranberries, apple, red wine, red onions, bacon, bay leaves and cloves. Spaetzle is made fresh from scratch in my spaeztle press (eggs, flour, salt, water). Comes with gravy.
