But wait, it tastes good too! This was always a favorite growing up! And it still is one of my favorites!
I'm making German schnitzel with potato salad and a green salad.(not pictured)
Schnitzel is a seasoned pork cutlet pounded out thin and breaded with flour, egg and bread crumbs and pan-fried in butter and canola oil. With a little meyer lemon on top.
The german potato salad is made with chicken broth, chives, green onion, red onion, dill, and mustard. (no mayo!)
Green salad is sourced from Monterey Market - whatever looks good that day.
