Uli's Stammtisch - German Cooking Classes hosted by Squabisch

I'm sure that one of your items on this year's New Year's Resolutions was learning how to cook some German meals, right?! There are few things in life as fun and rewarding as cooking a great meal that you can share with your friends and family! Let me help you with that!

Every month I will take you on a journey to discover a new Schwaebisch (Swabian) delicacy, such as : Gulasch, Spaetzle, Kaesspaetzle, Schnitzel, Rindsrouladen (beef rolls), Maultaschen (german ravioli), Semmelknoedel (bread dumplings), Rotkraut (red cabbage), Sauerbraten, and Kartoffelsalat (potato salad).

Our small class of 12 students will spend 2 hours learning how to cook Schwaebische dishes and then sit down at Uli's Stammtisch and enjoy our meal together! The class is intended to be fun, relaxed, hands-on and no prior cooking experience is needed - kids 10 and older are welcome as well.
